MPN is pleased to announce that our directors and several of our senior associates and engineers have been granted registration under The Design & Building Practitioners Act (NSW). The registration under the act permits those team members to undertake design and construction supervision of Class 2 structures.

Beginning on the 1st of July 2021, the act introduces changes to the residential building industry, in order to restore consumer confidence and to make sure that apartments being built are trustworthy. Their aim in implementing the act is to ensure that buildings are safe and secure, that the industry is more customer-focused, and that better data is captured throughout the building lifecycle.
