Construction Progressing at Oran Park

Construction is well underway on the new Bulky Goods Centre at Oran Park, a significant retail development for Greenfields, continuing the rapid growth of one of Sydney’s fastest-expanding communities.

MPN has delivered the structural design for the project, working closely with head contractor Mainbrace to develop an efficient structural solution that has successfully guided the construction of the building’s tilt-up precast concrete panel system and structural steel framing.

Once complete, the centre will provide a mix of leading bulky goods retailers, a gym and a medical centre, creating an important local destination that supports the needs of Oran Park’s growing residential population.

The project reflects MPN‘s approach to designing robust, practical and highly buildable structural solutions, ensuring efficient delivery while supporting the long-term performance of the development.
