Located on Spring Cove at Eastern Hill, Manly adjacent to the North Head National Park, the development consists of 38 luxury dwellings, including a 16 apartment residential building and 22 detached houses. This ecologically sensitive site supports an endangered community of bandicoots and fairy penguin and a fragile sea grass habitat.
All site planning decisions for roads and dwelling locations were based on minimising disruption to views, heritage, topography, storm water flows and existing trees. Site circulation is linked by a public domain of elevated boardwalks and narrow, shared vehicular access ways to minimise disruption to bandicoot habitat.
