‘Seven Ways’ is a commercial and residential hub at the bustling and highly visible corner of Glenayr and Warners Avenue in Sydney iconic Bondi Beach. This boutique residential & commercial development incorporates ground floor retail and 17 residential apartments, alongside a revitalised public domain.
KEY PROJECT DETAILS
The Seven Ways development includes a basement carpark, built into the water-charged beach sands of Bondi. An additional challenge for the basement shoring and foundation design was an old oviform concrete sewer main striking diagonally under the site footprint. MPN successfully attended to Sydney Water design specification requirements, to ensure no damage was caused to this crucial piece of local infrastructure.
